Job Description:
- Developing sales strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients, which involves prospecting, lead generation, and conducting market research to expand the customer base
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers
- Managing the sales process from initial contact to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of projects
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as engineers, project managers, and installation teams, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing sales performance
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including security systems, audiovisual equipment, communication networks, and related technologies
- Experience: +5 Years in UAE
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English Language (Written and Spoken)
- Valid UAE driving license
